‘In The Vault’ is UNILAD’s original interview series where celebrities open up about their guilty pleasures, niche obsessions, and unexpected interests. Each episode blends humor and honesty, giving fans a new way to connect with their favorite personalities. As lead designer, I developed the visual identity for the show—including the logo, intro motion graphics, and transitions—to match the show’s playful yet polished tone.

the challenge
The series needed a distinctive look that could stand out in UNILAD’s broad content library while appealing to a younger, social-first audience. Visually, the challenge was to balance celebrity polish with the offbeat, confessional nature of the show’s format. The brand had to feel premium but not overly serious.

I leaned into bold typography, vibrant gradients, and layered animations to echo the show’s quirky energy and surprise-driven concept. The logo was designed to be dynamic and adaptable across formats, from social cuts to full episodes. Motion graphics were built to complement the interviews without overpowering them, enhancing flow and brand consistency across episodes.
