Timberland’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) site serves as a central hub for marketing materials, campaign assets, and product imagery used by global teams. I led the UI/UX and brand design overhaul to modernize the platform and bring it in line with Timberland’s visual identity. The redesign aimed to improve navigation, elevate the aesthetic, and streamline asset discovery.

the challenge
The existing DAM platform was visually dated and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating for teams to find and manage assets efficiently. It lacked a clear hierarchy, brand consistency, and user-centric functionality. The challenge was to reimagine the interface in a way that balanced utility with Timberland’s bold and nature-driven design ethos.

I began with a comprehensive UX audit and stakeholder interviews to understand user pain points. Using a modular grid, I introduced a clean, intuitive layout that emphasized clarity, brand texture, and ease of use. Typography, color, and iconography were carefully curated to reflect Timberland’s rugged yet refined identity—creating a cohesive, high-performing design system tailored to real-world user needs.
