Verdict is a decision-making app that simplifies group choices through a structured Yes/No voting system, allowing users to quickly outline decision items, tag relevant individuals, and gather responses efficiently. Users can post status updates to engage others in decision-making, similar to social media interactions, and a dedicated “Business Mode” helps teams organize and track decisions effectively.

the challenge
In a world overloaded with chats, emails, and endless message threads, making group decisions—whether with friends or coworkers—often becomes disorganized and unclear. The challenge was to design a platform that would simplify decision-making into a fast, structured, and transparent process. How do we make group choices feel effortless, engaging, and trackable—without overwhelming users with complexity?

We began by identifying the most common friction points in group decision-making through user research and interviews. From there, we sketched out user flows that emphasized speed and clarity—minimizing taps to vote, tag, and post decisions. Wireframes evolved into high-fidelity prototypes focused on clean UI, social-like interactions, and a seamless transition between personal and business use.
